Go to the site (macsales.com).  Find Customer Service.  Send e-mail requesting an RMA (or, maybe you have to fill out a form with the purchase order number, serial number, etc.,--I forget).  But, they were pretty swift about it all, and very decent, and they shipped the replacement out the day after I mailed them the defective one by USPS Priority Mail.
