[G4] VGA Monitor on a Mac G3-Thanks

I said I wasn't that smart in the post before this, but I may have  
lied. I just remembered I used a Compaq of a similar model on my  
nephews Mac. I used a Viewsonic VGA adapter on these settings.

Up is ON: 5, 6, 9, 10 are ON

I think most 10 pin jumpers might be the same settings.
