[G4] MS Entourage

You need the Macintosh HD/Users/youruserfolder/Documents/Microsoft  
User Data Folder.

As far as Yahoo goes, think that is a service you setup with Yahoo.  
Yahoo does not allow pop access unless you pay for it.
