[G4] Pioneer 111D

Listers,

I see the Pioneer DVD Burner listed as DVR 111D OEM.........I also see that 
the Pioneer DVR110D has been touted on this list as the one to get.

 I would like to purchase this weekend.  What does the 111D have that the 
110D does not?

Is the 111D an upgrade ?

I have a Dual 867 - Tiger OS -  Mirror Door G4 -  2 Gig Ram
