Try removing the battery, pressing the PMU button and leaving the battery out for about 15 minutes. Reinsert the battery, press the PMU button again and give it a try. If this doesn't work, you will probably need a new logic board. When you checked the battery, it MUST read at least 3.1v. Good luck.
