[G4] QuickSilver 733 Mhz - Upgradable?

Morning All

Q - Is it possible to upgrade the above QS by
replacing the old motherboard with a newer on from say
QS 2002 with either a IGB Chip or maybe even a dual
Chip (high end). I would like to do away with the hard
drive's limitation while at the same time speed up my
processor a little. I guess what I'm asking is can the
older power supply from the &33 handle the work load
of a newer motherboard from a high end QS 2002?
