[G4] Upgrading G4 Dualie for HD Video Editing

Maybe my subject should have been can a PowerMac G4 Dual 1.42 Ghz, 1.5RAM,
200Gg HD edit HD video from my new HDV Camcorder?

I know it only came with a 64BM video card, and I've been told it requires
at least 256MB VRAM, but can someone add to this knowledge or confirm
whether it's up to the job - what can I do without buying a new Mac?
