[G4] question about a used g4

I have a quick question. I purchased a used  G4  I believe it is  a 
Quicksilver  1ghz.  I am trying to upgrade and I am not sure  what  pc133 sdram to 
purchase, and whether I can go to  2 gbs or  1.5. 
The operating system is 9.2.1 so I know I want to upgrade this as well.
