The problem is that important headers are suppressed. Most mail clients would recognize the mailto: method in the URL making unsubscribe just two mouse clicks, execute the mailto and send. Or is it, perhaps, that people who have problems just don't read. Are there language barriers? Do folks not know that email has header lines? Is the client software all that bad that it isn't easy to ask to see the headers? Or are folks trying the unsubscribe header and not replying to the resulting confirmation message? That's really necessary to prevent malicious unsubscribing by felons. Sigh. -- --> From the U S of A, the only socialist country that refuses to admit it. <--
