Reading *your* email isn't a problem, because it's well written.
The point is that if one comes to this list requesting help, a
clearly phrased message is a lot more likely to get a positive
result. And that can include capitalization, punctuation, and spelling.
It also helps if you don't insult the very people you're asking
for help, as the previous requester did.

That aside, what post are you talking about? Do you mean a message
you sent to this list was too long, just because you listed the
details of the machine?
