[G4] Problem installing Leopard

I have a G4 Quicksilver and I am trying to install Leopard, but won't work.  After restart from install dvd, it says  'Leopard can't be installed on this computer.'  I used also LeopardAssist but just the same.
Can you help?
I upgraded the CPU with a 2GHz Maxpower dual G4-7448; 
graphic card is a ATI Radeon 9800 Pro;
have also added a ATA drive 250 GB using a PCI card ACARD 628M;
SDRAM is 1500
