[G4] Disk Utility.

Hi,

When running Disk Utility repair disk permissions there no problem repairing but, at the end, the following message appears:
Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

What does it mean?  Is there any way to repair this?
