Print Center > (select the printer) > Show Jobs

You can manage your jobs from there.

Also, if you work in Jaguar and your printer is supported, you can 
administer it via CUPS. Point your browser to 
<http://127.0.0.1:631/printers>; it's pretty much self-explanatory 
henceforth.
