Problem with netscape opening multiple windows

I have this strange problem. Everytime i am clicking on a link or a bookmark
in URL manager pro, netscape opens the link in a new window which is
annoyting. I only found one place in preference where i could deselect the
option for opening  links in new windows but still it will continue to open
multiple windows. 

If someone has a fix for this i would appreciate
