As I am sure most printer owners know, it doesn't take long before 
the cost of ink overtakes the original purchase price of the printer. 
It may therefore be a good idea to also consider the cost of 
replacing ink cartridges.
OEM verses Compatible?
I have found EPSON 740 Compatibles at about one quarter the cost of 
OEM (4 for 1), whereas LEXMARK  Z53 Compatibles are only about one 
half the cost of OEM (2 for 1).
