I really like this list because the people on it are really helpful and
polite.  I have seen people ask really basic questions, and the listees
answer with good suggests rather than comments.  It makes one feel confident
in asking questions and in offering answers.  There are people on this list
who have awesome knowledge of computers, etc.  I am vaguely competent.  My
suggestion came from the fact that I have had my emails to the list returned
on occasion for just this reason.  I am glad someone gave you the correct
answer--someone, who in this case, is the ultimate authority.
