Applescript errors itunes 4

I keep getting applescript errors when i'm importing cd's in itunes 4. 
Here is an example: sh: -c: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token 
`(D'
sh: -c: line 1: `ls /Volumes/Best\ Of\ Reggae\ (Disc\ 3)/' (2)

anyone have any ideas?
