Please limit email messages

I am currently on your "list"
Would you please stop / limit the number of messages I get.
I will have no access to this mail for a couple of weeks and therefore
need you to stop or limit activity. 
Please take me off the list if need be until Jan 3, 03 or please put me on
 a different mode where I can access these if I choose rather than be on
the list and receive so many.
