Capture card needed

Hi,

Are there any opinions out there regarding a good capture card to use
with FCP 3 and a new G4?

I want to capture some Hi 8 videos from a deck.  Also, I want to output
to a NTSC monitor for a more realistic view of my editing.  

Any advice?
