I like using the Fellowes glossy labels they are well made and work 
with my HP cd stomper every time.  The glossy labels are photo quality 
paper so your graphics look the best they can.  I found some lighter 
weight labels were hard to apply without having a wrinkle or air bubble 
under them.  Then again I may have been more practiced in applying them 
when I switched to the Fellowes brand.  The other problem you can 
encounter when printing labels is that they do not feed smoothly 
through the printer, these happen to.  Years ago I had a batch of 
mailing labels that would detach from the sheet as they fed through the 
printer, that is a mess and not easily fixed since the labels seemed to 
adhere much better to printer parts.
