For the power a Mac need, they can use 110 or 220.  They work both ways
automatically.  (For once be not a Mac user and read your manual about
it) The only thing is the cable.  You've something to convert US pins to
French pins, if not, buy a new French cable.  The part IN the Mac is
always the same.
