Defrag Your Drive

I highly recommend to everyone on this list that you defrag your drives 
once in a while as that will increase performance of iMovie or any 
video editing software for that matter.  I just submitted Feedback to 
Apple asking them to supply one with their OS.

Does anyone know of any shareware or freeware defraggers?  I'm not 
interested in spending $50-$100 for a lot of other tools that I don't 
want.
