best int. hd for new G4 tower?

Hi all -

can anyone recommend the best internal hard drive (120 GB I guess) 
for the new G4 towers? (specifically the just-released Dual 1.25)

Or would ibm and western digital and others all be pretty much the same?

P.S.  I also need more RAM, but haven't seen the kind of RAM needed 
for these new G4s mentioned on any sites like transintl.  Any leads, 
on good places to shop, and good prices?
