Still is until Friday June 20 7PM Eastern time. You can FAX in the 
upgrade application at the last minute. I did so yesterday morning and 
it shipped yesterday afternoon. My gas only cost $18. My Honda Del Sol 
gets 35 MPG. ; ^ )
