Toast6.0 says it adjusts the file size of the movies to totally fill the media of choice. I am assuming it is adjusting the bit rate to get the best quality. My question is at what length should I switch from SVCD back to VCD? A 20 min. SVCD should look better than a 20 min VCD, but what if I now put say 40 min on the disc? Thanks, Eric
