720x540 is the 4:3 dimension you'll want to work with in Photoshop.  This
will allow iMovie to scale the vertical dimension to 480 and keep your
graphics looking as sharp as possible.  Scaling up (from 640 -> 720) is
always less desirable than scaling down (540 -> 480).
