I'd say sell the sealed copy and get yourself a copy of Michael Rubin's Beginner's Final Cut Pro and start using it. You'll never go back to iMovie. Well, that's my take anyway. This is especially true if there is no upgrade path to FCP4 via FCE. Daniel
