IF Apple started making PCs and Macs people would have more choice of 
the platform they wish to run on and Apple software would
have far more appeal to younger people into gaming. Pros would stick 
with Macs I imagine but by running OS X on Apple made x86 computers 
games would pop up everyone that gamers would love. The #1 reason I hear 
from young people about why they don't l
ike Macs is the lack of any real selection of games. If Apple made x86 
machines and the OS they could make everything work just like they do 
with Macs. I am against them simply porting X to x86 flat out though and 
Apple would never do that as it would kill them. They are first and 
foremost a hardware company at least for now.

I'm thinking of getting a new Mac soon and was wondering if people think 
the dual processor G5 is worth the cost to the semi video buff?
