You'd do fine using iMovie to capture and edit then use Toast 6 to make the DVD. There's no way to make fancy DVD menus with Toast like you can with iDVD though. Whenever I use Toast to encode a DVD I don't use menus and just have the disc start playing automatically. 2 cents. - Mark
