[MacDV] Pixel Flicker

Common problem. 

To reduce interlace flicker
1 pixel 90deg (vertical) motion blur.
The idea is to cut down on vertical res (excess of which causes interlace
'twitter') without compromising horizontal res.

Also try the de interlace filter to see what works best.
