[MacDV] DVD won't copy

I haven't been able to copy a DVD I made. It was dv video, plus  
photos imported from iphoto then exported into iDVD 5.0.1, using either:

Mactheripper (message said DUMMY VOB WARNING This Vob indicates that  
it was mastered with deliberate bad sectors.)

OR Disk Utility /file/new/disk image from disk2/image format/DVD  
Master/CD

Message said Unable to create "disk2.cdr"_input/output error.

There are 3 DVD'S that I made in the same way that I want to coy, and  
with all 3 I get the same results.

Can anyone help please?.
