[MacDV] trouble with jumping chapter points...

Hello all,

I'm still not having any luck finding out why there's a hitch in my 
dvd's video that occurs on the chapter points.

The video is one long m2v with the chapter points laid on so that you 
can come into that point from the chapter menu.

The sound stays fine, only the video hitches noticibly.

any thoughts?
