rc=0 in step 16

When ViaVoice says it's collected enough to update my voice model,
and I say yes, it churns and says processing failed, with "rc=0 in
step 16".

Any wisdom out there about this? VV Tech support recommended, and I
repeat this verbatim, that I "learn to live with it."

(But I want my voice model to keep improving...)

This started with Jaguar. But on the chance it's a corrupt voice
model, I'm experimenting with old backups.
