MACSPEECH RELEASES MOUSEANYWHERE(TM) SCRIPTPAK FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Bloomington, MN, 2004-10-21: Macintosh Speech Recognition authority MacSpeech, Inc. released a revolutionary new add-in to their flagship product, iListen, that allows user's to control the Macintosh cursor using their voice. The announcement was made at the 22nd annual Closing The Gap Computer Technology in Special Education and Rehabilitation conference, which explores the many ways technology is being used to enhance the lives of people with special needs. MouseAnywhere(TM) is another MacSpeech exclusive that allows the user to position the mouse using commands like "Go," "Nudge," and "Move Mouse." The new ScriptPak also allows users to use their voice to click or drag the mouse while holding down a modifier key such as the Shift, Option, or Control keys. The MouseAnywhere ScriptPak is available now from the MacSpeech web site for only $19.95 and requires iListen 1.6.5 and Mac OS X 10.3 or later in order to function. ScriptPaks work with MacSpeech's flagship product, iListen, whose TalkAnywhere(TM) technology allows users to dictate anywhere they would normally type. ScriptPaks enhance iListen's Command & Control capabilities by teaching it about the individual keyboard and menu commands in a specific program. ScriptPaks only affect iListen's ability to control an application and are not required for dictation. MacSpeech offers several iListen packages, including a software only solution for $99, and a software and headset with microphone for $149. MacSpeech is a Mac-only company dedicated to producing the finest speech products for Macintosh. #### News about MacSpeech can be found at http://www.macspeech.com/ Contact: Chuck Rogers MacSpeech, Inc. 50A Northwestern Drive Salem, NH 03079 Phone (504) 628-3640 Fax (928) 222-7978 chuck.rogers at macspeech.com
