Mike, iListen did eventually finish launching, but I couldn't get it to recognize noises. Even if I selected the wrong microphone, I would have expected something on the volume meter. Also iListen and the rest of my system were VERY slow. Flash animations were in slow speed for example. Based on my sample of 1, I would not recommend using iListen with Snow Leopard. Hopefully some other former users of iListen can try and give you more feedback, just in case it's something on my laptop that's the problem.
