So do Navigator/Chimera, iCab, Netscape Nav, OmniWeb, and IE 5.2.2

As a matter of fact, I tested their ability to display a 
dragged-and-dropped htm file, WHILE they were drawing a complex page 
off the Web, and each of them immediately dropped the previous 
display routine and displayed the htm file.

I was on the verge of 'flipping'  <Laughs>
