There are places on the web to download it, etc..., not through Apple. Frankly, this is the sort of thing that causes companies to restrict the beta's they hand out. Also, like the first version, if your users directory is erased, you have nothing to complain about. While the first was a beta, there was an openness to fix it on the part of Apple.
