You might want to read the fine print on the specs. They state that, 
for the maximum theoretical throughput of 54 Mbs, you have to be within 
50 feet of the Extreme Base Station. Otherwise, the speed slows down. 
Max range of 150 feet is still at the theoretical max of 11 Mbs. Just 
an FYI.
