[Ti] order changes

My tech order person hasn't released this number to me :-(
Seems too busy to follow up for me.
I was thinking about cancelling and reordering.
but despite my "pestering" he hasn't given me any info to go on. :-(

So I am seeking any info I can use to  prompt him into action; not 
knowing what the possible options are is not a  fair situation-then 
again nothing about life is fair :-).
