[Ti] OT - HP printer drivers seem fixed on OS 10.2.3

Indeed I was having printing problems with the newer HP drivers for 
my DeskJet 950C, and moved back to the old driver, which I have been 
using without problem.

I am running 10.2.3 (next week, 10.2.4, I hope) so I will now 
investigate the latest HP driver offering.  There seems to be a 
Patch, and a new driver.

RESULT: I installed the driver 2.0f and am using it with my Deskjet 
950C without problem.
It seems as though HP have finally got their act together on the X drivers.
I did not use the patch.
