I'm not sure exactly what you mean, so I'll describe what I see with mine; The lid does not close *tight* but this is pretty much by design. There is a millimeter or less of play, but it is even around the whole lid-it's not slanted at all or anything. This play is because the hooks have to be slightly longer than the gap between the top and the bottom in order to be able to hook onto the latch, and the lid sticks up because it is slightly spring loaded to pop up when you press the latch release button. FWIW, all the Titaniums do this too, though maybe not quite as much. However, I'm not sure what you mean when you say "wobble," so perhaps I'm not seeing on mine what you're seeing on those.
