Yes, I believe he wants to just get the raw video down to DVD for later
tweaking. His major concern was how the stand alone unit buffers/caches the
video - does it use that HD as temp storage for burn sessions? Or would it
be able to take hours of raw footage from the camera and burn direct to DVD?
