Dialing out of an 17" Al PB via a Cell Phone

I recently moved and have an Al 17" PB and iMac at home.  I decided 
not to install a land line phone and trying to see if our cell phones 
will suffice. I would love to learn how I can make either of these 
computers dial out thru the internal modems using a cell phone as the 
connection.  Anyone know how it can be done?  I am using a Nokia 
6340i.
