[Ti] How do I eject a CD from my PB G4 12"?

I had a CD stuck in my old Ti 500. It was suggested by several people that
two business cards inserted a short distance in the slot, one above and one
below the CD, can guide the CD out. It didn't work for me but it's probably
worth a try. I ended up taking the machine apart, gently prying apart the CD
drive, and pulling out the CD.
