waiting for my TiBook

Hello everybody,

My computer has been away for fixing for 3 weeks. Today they have 
called me and  told me that at the Apple 'garage' they've misunderstood 
the problem and they were fixing the wrong thing and now, AT 3 WEEKS, 
they are back to square 1...
Does anybody knows if there is a maximum time that they can keep my 
computer (on a legal basis)? Can I ask them to lend me a computer until 
I get mine?
