No.

The 17" is already too big to be "portable" (its really just a 
luggable desktop) and 19" would be worse.

You a paying a premium for the screen when sticking with 15" gives 
you a good sized screen, the ability to take it out of a backpack 
anywhere and still be able to connect to a real "big" screen (cinema 
display if you want) when required.

Personally Apple should direct their R&D at getting the G5 into a 
PowerBook ASAP.
