[Ti] red screen on boot

I haven't had a red screen, but on occasion I get after waking up from 
the startup/login screen,
I have a striated multicoloured screen (sort of like those 3d images 
you unfocus your eyes on to see the hidden 3d image)

A reboot fixes the problem.  Not sure I should be concerned, but maybe?
