Steve, I've heard you give a good reason why the became dominant. Years
ago, when someone went to a computer store selling machines with two
different operating systems, they saw 10 or 12 different brands using
Windows and only one brand with the Mac OS. It would not be unnatural
for a neophyte to assume that if so many brands were using Windows, it
would be the better choice for them.
