socks2http for Mac?

Hey everyone,

    I was wondering if there was an application similar to PC's socks2http
(http://www.totalrc.net/s2h/) available for OS X?  socks2http basically
works by disguising SOCKS traffic as HTTP traffic, allowing it to bypass
most firewalls (such as the one at my college).  If there is a similar app
our there, or a method that would/could be easily understood by a crack X
user, I'd love to hear of it.  Thanks!
