I made my own template in Apple Works. I have tried to use several commercial programs but none of them let me work with the data like I wanted to. It's a little more tedious this way but more often I get the result I want. The same thing could be done in PhotoShop if you want fancy effects. If speed and ease is what you want this might not help. ( The list will not allow attachments, if you want a copy of my simple guide-template just e-mail me. Of course you have to tweak it to work with whatever paper you use.)
